I run gharstuff.com — a real grocery store in Hisar, Haryana, India. I’ve been managing this shop for 5+ years, dealing with 800–1,200 SKUs daily — perishables, packaged goods, loose items, and all the chaos that comes with running a small retail business.
Every review I found online was written by tech bloggers who’d never touched a barcode scanner. They talked about “features.” I wanted to know about real results.
Before I found what worked, I tried Oracle NetSuite — enterprise software built for companies with full-time accountants. The demo took 3 hours. The setup quote was more than my store’s monthly rent. I closed the laptop and never went back.
